What we collect when you send the form, call or text us, and what we do with it.
Who we are: this website belongs to Muniz Fence, a fence, gate and welding company based in southeast Houston, Texas. An office team helps us answer calls and requests.
What we collect: what you send in the form (name, phone, ZIP code, service, language, details and photos), and when you call or text our number, your phone number, the time and length of the call, the message and any photos, and a recording of the call. Callers hear that the call may be recorded.
How we use it: to call or text you back about your request, prepare your estimate and keep a record of each request. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it: Muniz Fence and the office team that handles requests for us, and the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email (for example Amazon Web Services and Twilio).
How long we keep it: as long as we need it for your request and our business records.
Your choices: ask us to delete your information or to stop contacting you by calling our number or sending the form with that request.
